Increased Range – By monitoring each battery cell voltage, impedance, temperature and overall battery string characteristics, the IntelliBatt EV BMS (battery management system) works real-time with the EV control system to optimize charge and discharge at the cell level. Increased Performance – The real-time IntelliBatt BMS ensures that each and every cell is optimally charged to its unique capacity and also discharged to the lowest safe level (voltage, impedance, temperature and other factors) to ensure maximum overall performance of the vehicle which in turn increases the driver performance experience and helps to put the EV into the eco-fast lane.
  3. Increased Life – The IntelliBatt BMS manages charge, discharge and all individual cells over the life of each EV battery pack. As we have proven over and over again through the years in stationary battery applications, our systems and methodologies, and battery visibility ensure that battery systems are not damaged and age gracefully with a 10-25+% increase in overall battery asset lifecycle.
